fennel, call centres abroad, emu's, spiders, snakes, gold by spandau ballet (absolutely hate it)!

chilli con carne/anything with chocolate on

card making, knitting, baking, juicing

my ability to understand other people

I can be really stubborn

Who I am most inspired by:

Doctor Phil McGraw and Oprah Winfrey. Oprah's life has been extremely hard and she has come through it all and shared everything, good or bad, with the world to try and help others in similar situations. Doctor Phil has taught me how to address different aspects of my personality that need changing, he is truly insightful.

Those nearest and dearest to me:

all of my children (jina, nick , shaun and steph) who are all beautiful people and have come through some really hard times of their own with strength and courage. Neil, my husband for always being there and putting up with my very strange behaviour at times.

What i'm most fearful of:

failing to be there for the people who need me

My greatest achievement to date:

Running the Nottingham half marathon

The root of all happiness?

Finding the right person to share your life with and support of your family, oh (and more sleep)!

If I could change one thing about the World...

That people would be kinder to each other, and the world to unite to end poverty and suffering everywhere.
